Sunday, February 28th, 2010Thats right Roscoe's on 4th St. will be open Wednesday March 3rd with limited hours. We will be open Wed. thru Sat. 11:30 to 6:30. We will be closed Sun. Mon. and Tues. We will offer our full menu plus our fabulous Fish Fry, for a limited time, take out only.
